Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. General Provisions

These conditions govern the relationship between the seller (Jakub Sokol, Sportovní 158, Staré Hradiště 533 52) and the buyer.

2. User Account

Buyers can register to manage orders.

3. Purchase Agreement

The agreement is concluded upon order confirmation.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped via Packeta. In-stock items are prepared for dispatch within 2 working days. Models "On order" and custom builds usually take about 14 days to prepare before dispatch.

6. Returns

14-day return policy applies ONLY to in-stock items. Custom modified watches (Seiko Mods built to order) CANNOT be returned under the 14-day policy as they are customized goods.

7. Warranty

A 24-month warranty covers manufacturing defects.

8. Final Provisions

Governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
