Claims and Returns
Warranty
We provide a 24-month warranty on all our watches (assembled pieces and custom builds) for manufacturing defects and accuracy within the tolerances of the given Seiko movement. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by careless handling, or dropping on a hard surface.
Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
Catalog models (In stock): You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Custom builds: For watches assembled exactly according to your individual requirements (custom production), the right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period expires, as this is goods modified according to the consumer's wishes.
How to proceed with a claim
- First, contact us by email at info@vexxwatch.cz with a description of the defect and possibly photos.
- Wait for our shipping instructions. Always pack the watch well, ideally in the original box.
- We will process the claim as quickly as possible, but no later than the legal deadline of 30 days. We usually manage it much faster, as we do all the servicing ourselves in our workshop.
